This summer may be an even livelier home-selling season for the Denver area because home buyers want to act before interest rates or home prices rise.  Regardless, buyers will insist on good deals, even in the seller’s market.  The current supply of homes in Denver isn’t meeting the demand, which is causing overpriced homes to be at a disadvantage, according to Lynn Findlay, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”We’re seeing competing offers for some homes” Findlay says, but houses with too-high asking prices “aren’t selling at all.”
