The Story of AIM Homes

While in the midst of successful careers in corporate America & raising 3 children, Adam & Ines McCanna set their sights on real estate investing. They were in search of a profession where they could combine past experience, their love for real estate, and passion for helping others. The two founded AIM Investment Solutions, Inc. in 2013, and have completed over $5,000,000 in real estate transactions since their inception. Today, they continue to focus on growing their family business with the goal of putting their customers first.

Rob Wojcik – Project Manager


Rob grew up in Crystal Lake, IL. and moved to Colorado in 2008 where he attended Colorado State University. Rob graduated with a Bachelors of Liberal Arts in Economics with a Business minor. Following graduation, Rob headed back Chicago and began working for a residential redevelopment company. For the next three years Rob worked as the asset manager for Blank Company. In May 2016, Rob started with Aim Homes as the Project Manager. In his free time Rob enjoys home-brewing, hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing.















Drew Eflin – Marketing Assistant


Drew Eflin grew up in Gunnison, CO where he Attended Western State Colorado University, graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Drew then moved to Denver where he began working in retail as an assistant manager at BC Surf & Sport and was heavily involved in the snowboard industry as a regional team rider and brand ambassador for Nitro Snowboards. He also managed freelance video production work on the side. Drew later transitioned into hospitality working as a concierge for The Curtis Hotel. In May of 2016 Drew’s interest in becoming a real estate professional led him to AIM Homes where he started started as the Office and Marketing Assistant utilizing his background in communications and media.
